Pecutan

  1. Pecutan ialah kadar perubahan halaju. Ia mengukur betapa cepatnya halaju sesuatu objek berubah.
  2. Pecutan ialah kuantiti vektor. Ia mempunyai magnitud dan arah.
  3. Unit SI bagi pecutan ialah meter sesaat sesaat (ms-2).
  4. Jika halaju pergerakan berkurang, nilai pecutan menjadi negatif dan ia dikatakan mengalami nyahpecutan.

Acceleration

  1. Acceleration is defined as the rate of velocity change. It is a measure of how fast the velocity change.
  2. Acceleration is a vector quantity.
  3. The unit of acceleration is ms-2.
  4. An object moving with a velocity that is decreasing is said to be experiencing deceleration.
